The hotel was clean, but the mattress was too hard for my liking.

the place was newly furnished and really nice. the food was superb, dinner was exceptional and breakfast was really good too. all the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant manager. it’s definitely one of the best 4 star hotels i've stayed at and beats some 5 stars easily. great value for the price!

only downside was the soundproofing could be better, i heard a bit from the hallway.

Multiple breakfast options available, but despite notifying about allergies, no alternatives were provided. Rooms show signs of wear with cracks and damages in the bathrooms, and the refrigerator hardly cools—more like a cooler box than anything else. the bathroom light has a significant delay when switched on. Dining options were lacking. a late arrival meant the kitchen closed unexpectedly, and the general state of maintenance leaves much to be desired.

i had a wonderful stay at great polonia while celebrating a birthday. the breakfast was excellent with fantastic soups, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, checking me in early without me even asking. this experience exceeded my expectations, making my trip even more special.

It’s crucial to check in after 15:00, so plan accordingly! Enjoyed a delightful breakfast and appreciated the takeaway option for busy mornings.
